Just Present 1 Valid ID (Government issued ID , Company ID or School ID).
If you receive one of these following messages in your Globe non-LTE sim, just show the text message to the Globe representative. If you didn't receive any message, its alright.

"Make the most out of your LTE device with faster mobile internet by using an LTE SIM! Visit GLOBE to request a free SIM upgrade, and experience more seamless surfing and streaming. Just bring 1 valid ID and show this text. As a treat, you'll also get 1GB for surfing valid for 3 days once you upgrade, on us! Don't worry, your number will be retained. Remember to back up your contacts. Please disregard this text if you're already using an LTE SIM."

"Still using a non-LTE SIM with your LTE device? Upgrade now for free by going to the nearest Globe store, and start browsing at faster speed! We'll even give you 1GB valid for 3 days so you can experience this yourself. Just bring 1 valid ID and show this text. Don't worry, your number will be retained. Remember to back up your SIM contacts. Please disregard this text if you're already using an LTE SIM."

"Surf more and stream faster when you use an LTE SIM with your LTE device! In case you haven't upgraded to an LTE SIM yet, you can go to the nearest Globe store and exchange your regular SIM for an LTE SIM for free. Just bring 1 valid ID and show this text. Experience faster browsing with free 1GB valid for 3 days that we'll give you once you upgrade your SIM. Don't worry, your number will be retained. Remember to back up your SIM contacts."

2. Using your old Prepaid SIM card, text UPGRADE to 8080. Just a few reminder. Don't share the unique upgrade code to anybody.Memorize or take note of your upgrade code. Your upgrade code is only valid for fifteen (15) minutes.

3. Insert the new Globe Prepaid Upgrade SIM on your phone. The menu prompt for upgrade code should popup within five (5) minutes-the delay may depend on your phone model.

4. Enter the 6-digit upgrade code on the prompt, then press OK.

5. After entering the upgrade code, restart your phone once prompted.
